Please tell us about your background before meeting ARK.

I have been involved in the SAP consulting industry for many years, with a particular focus on the financial accounting (FI) area. I was introduced to ARK by an ARK employee who was a colleague of mine at my previous job. I decided to move to ARK because I wanted to challenge myself in many ways that were not possible at large consulting firms and grow with the company.

What areas are you currently focusing on?

While continuing to participate in projects in the financial accounting area, I am focusing on the development of mid-career employees within the company. Mid-career employees will form the foundation of our company in the future, and I believe that their growth is closely linked to the growth of our business. Taking into consideration their skills, experience, and motivation, we are gradually assigning them challenging tasks and allowing them to gain practical experience.

What are the strengths of ARK?

We have a group of talented members who have served in consulting firms. We have a wealth of knowledge within the company, and we provide an optimal growth environment that can provide strong support adapted to the employee’s desired career. Another key strength of ours is our ability to respond to change in a way that only a venture company can. Although many of the tasks we are entrusted with are complex and challenging, we are able to engage in a wide range of work thanks to each individual’s willingness to grow. This willingness allow us to create an environment to respond to change and grow quicker than how it would be possible in other companies.

What are some of your favorite things about being a part of ARK?

Despite being a venture firm, our salary and benefits are competitive with those of large consulting firms. Not only are the salaries and benefits excellent, but the organizational structure and culture are in the vein of large consulting firms, plus the stability, flexibility, and future potential are also on the rise. The ability to go on company trips as part of the benefits package is also very attractive.

How do you feel about the atmosphere at ARK?

The organization is very open and the employees are highly motivated. I feel that the atmosphere in the workplace is the best among the consulting firms I have experienced so far. Although it is unique to a venture company, it is easy for employees to talk to each other, and it is easy for both men and women of all ages to communicate with each other.Employees are highly motivated to work because they can work freely at their own discretion as long as they clearly set their own goals and produce results.
