the Healthcare Industry
to a New Field

Could you please tell us about your career so far and your current job responsibilities?

After graduating from university, I worked as a clinical laboratory technician at a metropolian hospital for six years.

Then, I moved to ARK and work with a manufacturing customer on the client side of a project to upgrade from SAP ECC to S/4HANA where I am responsible for quality control of the implementation vender as a supporter of the user side.

What were the reasons for your career change, and what were the deciding factors for choosing ARK?

The reason for my career change was that I reached a promotion point at my previous job, which prompted me to reconsider my career path. As I narrowed down my options, I developed an interest in the IT consulting industry. The deciding factor for choosing ARK was that it is a growing company founded by members from the Big 4, which I believe offers a great opportunity for me to further develop my skills.

Could you please describe how you spent your time immediately after joining ARK with no prior experience?

I focused on studying for SAP certification and was involved in an internal accounting system implementation project. In the internal project, I developed the essential foundational skills required for a consultant and learned how to manage actual projects. Upon joining, I was not immediately assigned to a project, instead, the company prioritized my personal growth.

Could you please describe any differences between your expectations before joining and your experiences after joining ARK?

I was surprised by the relatively young age of many employees. However, given that the company was founded by members from the Big 4, it has a team of highly skilled individuals despite their youth. Working together with them has been very stimulating. Outside of work, everyone becomes quite relaxed, and I’ve enjoyed participating in various events.

What challenges would you like to take on in the future?

In the future, I would like to focus on skill development by experiencing different phases and projects from those I am currently involved in.

I have found that successful individuals in this industry often possess strong communication skills and a high level of enthusiasm for learning.
