About us

We are an independent consulting firm established in 2019 by people from general and IT firms.
After only four years in business, we were selected as an “SAP Sell Partner,” one of only a few dozen companies in Japan at the time, and we obtained the right to sell and provide SAP solutions as a prime vendor.

In addition to the SAP implementation consulting business, we will gradually expand into the non-SAP area. We will accelerate the speed of growth toward our target IPO (IPO listing) in 2030.

Education and Training System

We provide a variety of training programs so that those who join us with no consulting experience can acquire specialized knowledge and skills and become active as IT consultants as early as possible.
・Consulting skills training
 (logical thinking / documentation / facilitation / requirement definition, etc.)
・SAP training

Qualification Support System

The company will pay all examination fees and other costs to obtain certifications for SAP and other IT solutions that we focus on.
In addition to the above certifications, the company will also cover the cost of bookkeeping, TOEIC, and other examinations necessary for work. (prior application required)

Company-wide meeting

Every year in May, which is the month of closing of accounts, and in December, which is the end of the year, we hold company-wide meetings where all employees gather together to share company-wide and departmental results and plans.
After the company-wide meeting, a reception is held.

I have no consulting experience. What steps will I take to work as a consultant after joining the company?

First, you will receive basic SAP training threw off-JT and learn skills through in-house mini-projects.
You will also receive consulting training (logical thinking, documentation, etc.) on an ongoing basis.
After the above 3-month training, you will participate in a project together with senior employees and learn practical skills through on-the-job training.

Can you tell us about the composition of the team on the project and the backgrounds of the team members?

The composition of the team will vary depending on the project, but usually a team of 3~5 members will be in charge of some business areas. The team consists of one leader, one assistant leader, and 3 members who conduct client discussions and functional verification on site.

Where will I work and how often will I have to come to work?

After being assigned to a project, you will basically work according to the working style of the project,
If the working style of the project allows it, you will be expected to come to the office about 3 days/week to promote communication within the company.

What is the salary structure?

The salary structure is comparable to (or higher than) the “Big 4” general consulting firms.
The average annual salary is approximately 7 million yen, and the average bonus is 2 million yen, depending on rank and contribution.
