Global HR DB construction project for a major trading company

Project Purpose

Project to implement in the Japan region a Human Resources system to be used globally. The aim is to enable JP’s headquarters to take the grip of their global branches by introducing a system that can be used globally. In conjunction with the introduction of the system, we review the current processes and organize the personnel information that should be managed.

Issue

In preparation for the implementation of the system, it is necessary to conduct a detailed review of operations to clarify the necessary, unnecessary, and the tasks to be focused on by the head office personnel.

Our Role

Based on the information from the operational reorganization conducted in the conceptualization process, we carefully examined the items to be used in the DB of the new HR system and separated the data managed by standard functions and customization functions according to the work. Based on the knowledge of past implementation projects, we support the business design after the introduction of the new system. We also supported the data migration to the new HR system, which is a client task.
