Cost Management project PMO support for a major automobile manufacturer

Project Purpose

To strengthen the cost management of vehicle production at client companies, this project’s aim was to unify business processes globally and implement a system to visualize costs in each process of vehicle manufacturing, thereby standardizing cost management globally.

Issue

・The head office in Japan does not have a cost management system, and until now, the person in charge has been managing on a file basis, so the overall picture of the work is unknown.
・The business processes of each global region are not unified.

Our Role

ARK was responsible for the PMO of the project implementation, formulating the project plan, managing the project progress/issues, promoting the organization of business processes, supporting the definition of system requirements, and managing the development team in India.
