Master Data Management (MDM) Area

Project Purpose

In this project, to demonstrate the effect of strengthened IT infrastructure for business process optimization at the client company, we utilize SAP digital technology together with the customer to improve the agility and efficiency of the business process. Ultimately, we aim for digital transformation globally in all the regions.

Issue

The biggest challenges in digital transformation are the separation of business processes into engineering chains and supply chains, distribution of IT investments by region and function, and lack of data governance.

Our Role

ARK is in charge of the Global MDM (Master Data Management) area, and created a foundation for global data management from four perspectives: policy/rule, organization, tool, and process. We develop global master data management processes, procedures and governance frameworks for the five regions of the United States, EMEA, APAC, China and Japan, guide and manage relevant teams for master data definition activities. We provide a master data management solution that integrates and manages data in all global regions and promotes digital transformation management.
