Project Purpose

In this project, we aim to improve operational efficiency by sophisticating business processes and strengthening collaboration, promoting global DX, and efficiently developing and providing new products and services with high value to our client medical institutions.

Issue

The mainstream support for the ERP solution ECC 6.0, which is used as a core system package by mainly large companies around the world, will expire at the end of 2027. The number of engineers who can maintain the existing infrastructure system, which corresponds to the SAP 2027 problem, is decreasing. System operation and responding flexibly to changes in the business environment and new business creation become increasingly difficult.

Our Role

ARK participates in the global template Japanese introduction project (S/4), prepares business requirements and system requirements from a financial accounting perspective, and builds a base system through project management (schedule management, quality control, issue and risk management, etc.)
