During my time at a major firm, I was grateful that I had the opportunity to learn consulting skills such as logical thinking which significantly contributed to my own growth. Seeing my colleagues grow, it made me realize again the importance of these skills. However, on the other hand, I have also felt that the environment at major firms, despite having talented individuals, often does not provide them with the autonomy they need to fully utilize their abilities. Furthermore, I have found that it can be challenging for individuals to express their unique personalities and values, and to grow in such environment.

As we mark our fifth year since the founding of the company, we see this year as a crucial turning point, akin to a second founding of the company. We are reaffirming our commitment to developing young leaders who can thrive with significant autonomy based on our consulting expertise. Looking ahead, our new mission is to foster the next generation of leaders who will not only excel in their unique ways but also embody their individual values and visions in their business endeavors.

The name “ARK” is inspired by Noah’s Ark from the Old Testament. In Japan, there has long been a cry for the absence of leadership. Just as Noah’s Ark became a beacon of hope during the great flood, we at ARK aspire to nurture the next generation of leaders and contribute, albeit modestly, to Japanese society.

I joined ABeam Consulting as a new graduate and engaged in ERP (mainly SAP) system implementation consulting. I then moved to KPMG Consulting, where I was involved in a wide range of work from purchasing business reform to conceptualization and system implementation. In 2019, I founded the company with Representative Director Cheng and partners, mainly in charge of consulting business management and new business development. Furthermore, I completed MBA at Waseda University and am currently involved in the launch and management of the group companies (Generation AI and XR).

After working for a Japanese general consulting firm, he assumed his current position. He has been engaged in SAP consulting (overseas rollout, roll-in in Japan, new implementation, version upgrade, operation and maintenance) for manufacturing, transportation, chemical, and medical companies with a focus on accounting, By proposing optimal solutions, he analyzes and optimizes business processes, improves operational efficiency, and reduces costs. Always from the client’s point of view, we aim to support their business success.
